As regards a supply of technical periodicals,

I would suggest that Sir James Currie and Dr. Maclean

be asked whether they could send any they don't re-

quire, regularly; at all events, at first. I under-

stand that to British Possessions, the postage is not

very high, and even if this technical literature was

six months old, it wouldn't matter.

Such an enterprise as this deserves every poss-

ible encouragement from our committee, and
